Q: Can I ask for technical help for our CTP or imagesetter?
A: No. As we are only a parts supplier we can not answer any technical questions.

Q: Can your repair our faulty electronic boards?
A: No. As we are only a parts supplier we can not do any repairs to electronic boards.

Q: If I buy an electronic board can we also have the firmware?
A: No. We do not have any firmware.

Q:  Do you sell second hand prepress equipment? 

A:  No. We are only a used second hand parts supplier.

Q: If I buy an electronic board, can I also have the ROM, Flash ROMs with the board?

A: No. Once we have removed the ROM, FLASH ROMs ,the boards can commonly be used in various machines so it is up to the service personel to remove the ROM, FLASH ROMs from their faulty board and install them into the working replacement board.
